SO HERE'S THE PROCESS
You'll Pick a Design
You'll can choose from a wide array of website layouts and color palettes, carefully created by an award-winning designer. You can show us other sites you like and we'll recommend designs that reflect the style you prefer. Want something a little different? That's fine too.
Content is King!
Once you sign up, FWL's Content Guidelines will be emailed to you so you can prepare for your 30 minute phone call with a seasoned FWL Project Manager. Your PM is dedicated to making sure the copywriter who writes your site's content understands your business and knows what you want to accomplish with your website so your new site delights you!
Pictures and Graphics
You'll receive all the assistance you need to select compelling images that bolster your key messages. Your Project Manager will suggest photos, graphics and other elements to make your site look great.
Build Your Website
After your design preferences and content have been compiled, we'll build your new site. In a few weeks, you'll see your new website for the first time. Now the fun really begins! You can edit, tweak, enhance and augment your new site with the your Project Manager, whose job it is to make sure you're happy with every aspect of your website.
Social Media Integration
Your website is one of many ways that your customers interact with you. FWL will build your Facebook business page at no additional charge, making sure the design, content and calls to action on your website leverage your Facebook presence. We'll link your site with your Facebook page and we'll make it easy for your website visitors to share your site content with their followers.
Update and Maintain Your Site
Once your site is live,you'll be covered by FWL's Care Plan. In short, we do it all for you: add and update content, keep the website software up to date, make sure your site is secure and ensure that everything is running fast. Should you need it, online support is available any time on the FWL website or you can call us. You'll find our fanatical support team refreshingly effective and easy to work with.
